About Us

D A V A & Associates is a partnership firm of Chartered Accountants, with a reputable track record of almost Three decades. The Firm is being managed by six young, dynamic and vibrant CAs' as partner based in four different cities in India namely at Chandrapur (HO), Kolkata, Mumbai & Nagpur.

The firm provides services & consultancy related to various fields of Accounting & its implementation including auditing being Internal, Statutory, Tax, Concurrent, Revenue, Inspection, Investigation or any other routine or management related audits, matters related to taxation including International Taxation & Transfer Pricing (TP), Outsourcing being Accounts, Payroll, Stores, Finance, Payable/ Receivable Management, Statutory Compliances, FEMA, Companies Matters, etc.

Formation

The firm D A V A & Associates was originally started by our senior most partner Shri Damodar Shivraj Sarda, in the year 1991 under the name of D. S. Sarda & Associates in Chandrapur City near Nagpur, Maharashtra which was later renamed to their new name D A V A & Associates.

The firm is backed by an experienced team of professionals who specialize in matters relating to Companies Act, Income Tax Act & Indirect Taxes. Besides, the firm retains the services of experts from time to time to cater to the specific needs of the clients.

Our Present Status :

Date of Establishment: 1991
Team Strength: 30 members including professionals, paid assistants, articled clerks, etc. all across India.
The Firm is equipped with a team of young experienced energetic staff. The firm is competent to conduct audit under Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (GAAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
The firm has clients from Public sector, Government Sector, Banking Sector, Private sector and other industries varying from Agriculture to Manufacturing and Service Industry.
